Background:
The college opened in 1960, on a 35 acre site to the north east of St Neots. The three storey buildings house not only classrooms, but a nursery and creche, sports hall and gymnasia, dedicated music facilities and even a museum. The museum formerly belonged to the town and now contains artefacts relevant to the curriculum. The school also boasts a renowned Steel Band and it has a good tradition in the Perfoming Arts. The college is a member of Horizon, which is a group of international schools with strong links to industry. Trips and visits are encouraged as an important factor of the school's 'broad and balanced education'.
