Background:
Wyton Primary opened in the 1960's and served the quarters of RAF Wyton. Recent developments have seen many of the houses sold to civilians and the school now serves a mixed estate. Classrooms are large and spacious and the school is 'very well resourced'. The grounds are very attractive and include a trim trail, a wildlife area and a mini orchard. The school changed status from Infant to Primary in 1999.
