Background:
As an inter-church aided school, All Saints aims to provide 'a high quality primary education within a Christian context in accordance with the tenets, teachings and practices of the Church of England and the Roman Catholic Church'. The school's grounds are used as a resource for learning beyond the classroom and comprise a courtyard, environmental area with pond, large playing field, playground and grassed areas connected by footpaths. A centralised library with multimedia and CD Rom provides additional resources to the books in each classroom. Junior children may join an after school-club with activities varying from sports such as netball, football and indoor games to country dancing, sewing, choir, writers workshop and foreign languages. The Friends of All Saints association allows the school community to socialise while raising funds for All Saints. The school is oversubscribed.
